Well, there are restrooms at the Persimmon Gap Visitor Center, Rio Grande Village, Panther Junction Visitor Center, Castalon (and maybe down by the Santa Elena Canyon trailhead, but I'm not sure), and at Cottonwood Campground. There might also be one at the store just down the road from Panther Junction as well.
